The project on Measurement of National and Transnational Public Confidence, which was a part of the Strategic Objective on the promotion of best practices in the Justice Sector for Quality Management, aimed to enhance knowledge on the level of public confidence on the national level but also the public trust in the judicial systems of other EU member states (or ENCJ Members). Although knowledge as such is valuable, the final aim is to create tools in order to preserve and improve the functioning of the justice system.
