Meeting with European Commission First Vice-President Timmermans on the Rule of Law in Poland

On the 9th of March the Presidents of the ENCJ, the Network of Presidents of the Supreme Courts of the EU, and the Association of Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions (ACA-Europe)were invited for a meeting with the vice-President of the European Commission Mr Frans Timmermans.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss the situation in Poland with regard to the Rule of Law. The networks expressed their solidarity with the Polish judicial authorities and offered their support to the European Commission in its efforts to uphold the Rule of Law  and promote fair and impartial courts for the benefit of all.
