One of the objectives of the ENCJ is to exchange experience in relation to how the judiciary is organised and how it functions. Within the ENCJ a great number of questionannaires is circulated by the Members in order to gain insight in the mechanisms and structures in place in other judiciaries. In this section we will publish the comparative studies done by ENCJ Members on specific aspects of the Judicial Organisation. |
