The ENCJ is ofcourse very interested in the developments in the area of e-Justice. All though not all ENCJ Members have competences in this area on the national level, developments in this area are of interest to the Judical system as a whole as they will in one way or antoher contribute to the Efficieny and Transparency of the Judicial System and enhance Access to Justice. 

The ENCJ is particpating in meetings of the EU Working Party on Legal Data Processing.
