Regulatory Judicial Authorities of the Balkan Area |

The cooperation of the Regulatory Judicial Authorities of the Balkan Area gathers representatives of the judicial administrative organisations of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Kosovo Entity, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, FYROM, Montenegro, Turkey and Hungary .
A Permanent Office has been set up which is placed at the Bureau of the Counil for the Judiciary of Hungary.
The ENCJ and the Conference of the Regulatory Judicial Authorities of the Balkan Area decided that they should cooperate on selected topics of mutual interest. |
