The Executive Board consists of the President and three persons appointed by and from within the Steering Committee. The Board is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Permanent Office and for the functioning of the ENCJ in between meetings of the Steering Committee. The Board meets six times a year.
The Executive Board with a mandate from May 2012 to May 2014 is composed of:
- Mr. Paul Gilligan from 1 January 2013 (Mr. Miguel Carmona Ruano, till 31 December 2012)
- Ms. Ria Mortier from 15 Fenruary 2013, HRJ/CSJ Belgium (Mr. Geert Vervaeke till 31 December 2012)
- Mr. Paolo Corder, CSM Italy
- Mr. Nicolae Horatius Dumbrava, CSM Romania
